Payments of fees Students are invoiced at the beginning of each 20 hours. Payments can be made by cheque or direct credit. Advance deposits and Contracts are not required by Blue Tongue Helicopters. Should any student decide to cease flying with Blue Tongue Helicopters, our Refund Policy is to refund whatever credit has not been flown with a complete copy of that students Flight Training Records prior to departure.
